Meet our Team
Homer is one of our area’s top agents. Raised in Alabama, he enlisted in the US Marine Corp. immediately following high school. Homer gained invaluable knowledge and life training from this experience including fundamentals such as trust, loyalty, strong work ethic and morals, which he applies to his leadership and contributions to the team. He prides himself in excelling his superior negotiating skills and coupled with his contagious enthusiasm, Homer guarantees his clients the best customer service possible. Raised in Salisbury, NC, Rachael graduated from NC State with a BS in Accounting. She then went on to pursue an MBA from East Carolina University. She and Homer are blessed with two young boys, who love “helping sell houses”. Rachael oversees marketing, management and Team commitment. She and her husband work together to create a positive Team environment and to build a unique team that ensures a simple and smooth real estate experience.
Stephanie Whichard is a native of the Piedmont Region. She grew up in Sanford, NC and later moved to Greenville to attend ECU, where she pursued a degree in Hospitality Management.
After graduation, she went into the service industry, where she spent the better part of 11 years working in restaurants and as a legal assistant at a local law firm. Ready for a new challenge, Stephanie received her real estate license in 2018.
Stephanie has lived in the Greenville area for over 15 years. She lives with her husband and their two dogs. They fill their free time with spending time with friends and family, and vacationing on the coast.
Stephanie is truly invested in helping you with your real estate needs. Her experience as a buyers agent and familiarity with this region will be valuable to her clients.
Tim joined our Tyre Property Management in December 2021 with extensive experience in public service. Tim is a native of Thomasville, N.C. and attended the University of South Carolina on a football scholarship. He later graduated from High Point University with a B.S. Degree in Business Administration and Accounting. He was licensed in 1975 as a Certified Public Accountant and served in several accounting and management roles including the Office of State Auditor, Controller of the North Carolina Division of Social Services, and Finance Director and County Manager for Rowan County in Salisbury, N.C.
Upon retiring, Tim became Business Manager for Caswell Developmental Center in Kinston where he served for almost 15 years.
After retiring a second time, he came to Tyre Property Management to manage and grow the company’s rental management holdings.
Tim is married to Amanda, and they have three daughters, Rachael, Virginia and Mary Margaret and four grandchildren, Mason, Harrison, Jack and Charlotte.
Lisa is a licensed NC real estate agent who has served as a buyer's agent for Tyre Realty Group. She also serves at the home staging specialist for all of TRG's sellers. Currently, Lisa is working at the leasing office at 11@Main, Pitt County's newest luxury townhome community located in Winterville, NC. In her free time, Lisa enjoys cooking for her family and baking custom decorated cookies.
